Building surveyor needed in Huddersfield, Paying £18.53ph - Reference: 0008 A09F / 1

Surveyor to create detailed survey on various local government properties. Reporting on Damp& Mould, disrepair, Rising damp and general repairs to property.

Surveying Qualification would be advantageous but not essential however a good all round knowledge of building trades is essential for the role.

Applicant to be courteous, have good customer relation's as the work is customer focused, experience with excel Spreadsheets being able to update/record information.

Experience in local authority voids, Damp works and Fire Safety would be advantageous.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
