Team Leader Young Person’s Housing Support needed in Halifax £19ph ref 0008 CF7F / 1
We are looking for a Team Leader to support our Young Person's Housing Team for a period of 6 weeks. This will involve supervising and coordinating the team and supporting around decision making. You will link in closely with the Social Care and Pathways Teams to assess and identify appropriate housing pathways for 16/17 year olds and care leavers.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
