The role

The successful candidate will support the design and implementation of a Global Procurement Compliance model including process mapping, identifying risks, driving the implementation of the improved process in how Procurement operates, and business partnering with internal stakeholders to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing the Procurement compliance strategy for Global Procurement
  • Work closely with the Procurement Capabilities team and Global Process Owner in conducting research and benchmarking to inform the Procurement Compliance Operating Model design and implementation
  • Establish and implement best in class Procurement policies and procedures, to achieve overall company objectives and compliance with any regulatory and internal policies
  • Monitor and review as necessary compliance and conformance procedures, advising amendments where appropriate
  • Analyse complex datasets to draw key insights, and translate these into strategic recommendations
  • Maintain and monitor the company’s external supplier portal
  • Exhibit strong commercial acumen, and the ability to identify drivers of non-compliance, process inefficiency, cost drivers and provide recommendations for improvements

Qualifications

  • English fluency and ability to negotiate in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting preferred
  • Min. 2 years of relevant commercial finance/ business analyst experience
  • Familiarity with procurement/finance/business data analysis preferred
  • Expertise in audit practices/process improvement/ performance management compliance preferred
