Technical Service Delivery Manager - £85,000 + 20% Bonus + £4,000 Car Allowance - Remote (UK Based)
Role Overview:
As the Technical Service Delivery Manager you will report and work closely with Head of Managed Security Services and the Client’s Head of IT Security. In this position you will own the management of services, delivery of services, adherence to SLAs, ensure clients are satisfied, work to continuous service improvement & innovation and ensure services are delivered in line with contractual terms.
In this position you will also be working closely with the client and their end partners including but not limited to:

Role Overview:
As the Technical Service Delivery Manager you will report and work closely with Head of Managed Security Services and the Client’s Head of IT Security. In this position you will own the management of services, delivery of services, adherence to SLAs, ensure clients are satisfied, work to continuous service improvement & innovation and ensure services are delivered in line with contractual terms.
In this position you will also be working closely with the client and their end partners including but not limited to:
- Working with onshore, near shore and far shore:
- Security SOCs
- Security Monitoring
- 3rd party Identity Access Management
- Other areas of the role will consist of:
- Defining what is “BAU” and what is “Project Work”
- Overseeing the transition of support of New/Changed Services into the Managed Security Services (MSS) scope
- Preparing for and Driving Monthly Service Review meetings providing presentation slides and reports
- Understanding the client’s business process cycle
- Managing resourcing levels appropriately
Key Skills/Requirements:
- 5 years’ + experience of working in a multi-tiered IT enterprise
- 3 years’ + experience in a Service Delivery Management role
- End-to-End Management of a Service Management function including:
- Service Management
- Incident Management
- Change Management
- Problem Management
- Understanding the client’s business process cycle and manage resourcing levels appropriately
- IT Service Management system experience (ServiceNow)
- Understanding of ITIL
- Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK
- Technical knowledge and experience with some or all of the following:
- IT Networks
- IT Network Security
- Operating System Administration
- Cloud Computing
- IT Hardware (Firewalls)
- IT Security Software
- ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation or Intermediate (preferred) certification
- IT Network Security Foundation certification
- MITRE ATT&CK foundation certification
- Operating System Foundation training and/or Administration training
