ServiceNow Business Analyst - Up to £55,000 DoE - Hybrid (UK Based)
Role Overview:
As the ServiceNow Business Analyst you will support, lead or manage in designing, developing and implementing IT processes, conducting research and performing analysis to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform. You will also support, lead or manage on capturing business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured.

Role Overview:
As the ServiceNow Business Analyst you will support, lead or manage in designing, developing and implementing IT processes, conducting research and performing analysis to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform. You will also support, lead or manage on capturing business requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured.
Required Experience:
- Experience in IT Service Management design, transition or operations processes
- Experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of the ServiceNow Platform
- Organisational and time management skills
- Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources
Responsibilities:
- Participates in design, test and transition Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the Now Platform
- Performs thorough data analysis, while engaged in migration projects, in order to provide requirements for developers enabling configuration and customisation
- Assists in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers,
- Support of customer’s and service providers’ requirements into stories
- Support the solution and implementation process
- Assisting Delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers against ServiceNow Platform.
