Digital Transformation Fund Lead Officer needed in Wakefield paying £18.85 per hr - Reference: 0006 712E/1

This is a full time role on a temporary basis 

This role will involve:

  • To lead on the delivery of the Digital Transformation Fund and support the effective implementation of Digital Social Care Records (DSCR) systems across Care Providers in Wakefield
  • To assess the market in relation to Falls Prevention and Detection Technology, drive local pilots and support Care Providers to access funding to implement this.
  • Support Care Providers in Wakefield with embedding new technologies, cultures and training related to digitisation.
  • Work with Care Providers, finance and commissioning colleagues to ensure any use of monies from the Digital Transformation Fund is done so compliantly and through agreed procurement routes taking into account any government approved provider lists.
