A lovely Primary Academy in Hackney is looking to appoint a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support children across the school with speech and language needs. 

The Role

The school are looking for a experienced TA/HLTA to provide PPA cover and lead interventions across KS1. The role is 5 days a week and you will work closely with teachers and support staff to oversee lessons across a range of subjects. If you have specific skills in a curriculum area the school may be able to accommodate you covering lessons in that area. 

The school are looking for a graduate who can work flexibly, use their initiative and find solutions with a positive approach. This role is offered on a full-time basis from September 2022.

• A trained HLTA with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Good knowledge of KS2 curriculum
• Good communication skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
