Do you have a background working in the print industry?

Maybe you’re currently an account manager looking for the next step in your career or an experienced salesperson who is looking for a new challenge. Either way, if you thrive on working in a fun and vibrant environment this may be the sales opportunity for you.

You will join a young and lively team (including the manager!) who genuinely enjoy going to work. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be tasked with:

  • Identifying new business opportunities to sell the company's full product range of services including print, POS, direct mail, and creative
  • Recognise and research new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnership opportunities, products and services
  • Developing and nurturing your clients including low spenders and lapsed clients

This is a hybrid role, you do not need to be in the office daily, however, you will be required to attend team meetings and be able to commute to the office if a client or ongoing job requires it.

To be suitable for this role you must be driven, have a passion for sales with the ability to think strategically. You will be the face of the company when meeting clients therefore you must be well presented and have a full UK driving licence.

There is a two stage interview process; the first stage is an online interview followed by a second interview that will take place on site in Surrey.
