Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Careers Advisors who will work closely with unemployed job seekers to support their journey in to employment.

Working in the community you will work closely with each job seeker to provide appropriate information, advice and guidance to enhance their chances of gaining employment.  You will be proactive and self-motivated, ensuring that each job seekers receives specialist guidance and support.

You’ll be responsible for conducting initial interventions and you’ll manage a caseload of customers via the telephone/video chats.  You will create a SMART action plan for each customer and you will ensure that all engagement is completed to National Careers Service, SFA, Ofsted and Matrix standards.

Ideally you will hold an IAG qualification, however we are open to speaking with applicants with transferable skills (employment sector, college career guidance etc.)

Due to the nature of this role you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete a DBS criminal records check if successful.
