This is a role that requires someone with a good breadth of experience.
You will be managing a small team to deliver results and be positioned to report straight to stakeholders with both an operational and strategic approach.

Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Management of a digital marketing communications agency
- Oversee the planning of social media channel and website schedule of works
- Implement measures to grow website traffic
- Implement measures to grow social media following / digital footprint
- Review the performance of digital marketing effectiveness through analytics
- Report on the performance of the department to management
- Develop a workable digital marketing strategy and manage the execution
- Ensure the department are meeting KPI’s and ROI measures
- Review of the brand messages regularly to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with other departments to support tactics through digital means
- Project management of website developments
- Training others in the business on digital marketing know-how
- Regular analysis of user experience across all digital channels
- Identify the latest digital technologies and trends affecting the industry
- Develop a clear tactical plan / calendar of activity / strategic roadmap
- Manage user segmentation experiences through digital
- Execute and manage paid advertising through digital means
- Project management of key account activity
- Management of output & execution of content building days
Management
- Development of Digital Marketing Budget
- Monitoring of Digital Marketing Budget
- Sign off authority on Digital Marketing activities
- Recruitment, selection and training of line reports
- Provide educational content, relevant information and personal/professional growth opportunities for line reports
- Support and coach and develop line reports each day
- Support problem resolution with line report
- Translation of company goals, vision and values into functional goals for line reports
