Job Description:
Teaching Assistant / TA with special needs experience required for Northumberland school.
A well thought of special needs school for children with a range of complex needs is looking for a Teaching Assistant / TA to support children across KS1 to KS5 (4 to 19 years old).
The school is looking to employ someone who has experience of supporting children with disabilities and some sensory/communication needs.
This is a full-time position to start immediately.
To be part of this team you will ideally need to have:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a special needs school
- Previous special needs experience
- Experience across all key stages
- Experience of supporting children with sensory and communication needs
- A friendly and caring personality
