Are you an Aerospace Graduate who is looking to kick start their career in a Global engineering business?
My client has been established since the 70’s and continuing to grow! Seeking a Technical Administrator to support the test and installation team working on ground-breaking equipment.
As the appointed Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Creating documentation on an ad-hoc basis for other members of the team.
- Working with engineers to log results, take screenshots and produce presentable documents that can be shared with our customers
- Reorganising existing data and storing it appropriately
- Aiding other team members with any paperwork
- Answering the phone to customers and arranging for them to speak with the right person.
- Assisting with general day to day queries.
- Supporting the installation team on all administration duties working alongside new and existing Aerospace projects.
To be the successful Technical Administrator you will need the following skills and experience:
- IT literate to a good level
- Well versed with MS Office Applications
- A good telephone manor
- Previous experience as a Technical Administrator handing data would be beneficial
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and happy to learn
- Potential to travel and assist with installations.
- Ideally an aerospace or engineering degree
