These schools cover both mainstream secondary and SENd secondary pupils some of who may have a range of additional needs including ASC, ADHD, and complex needs.

Responsibilities:

•Form relationships with colleagues and students

•Ensure safe and comfortable environments for students to succeed

•Manage student behaviours

•Support students in their learning using innovative approaches

The right candidate will:

•Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

•Be a team player You will be working with pupils on both a 1:1 and group basis.
