James Adams is recruiting for a CRM and Lifecycle Manager to join one of our clients. They are a fast-growth startup and launched a leading mobile app, which has over 6 million monthly users across 180 countries.

They utilise cutting-edge technology that empowers entrepreneurs, small businesses, and merchants to easily create images that sell without any training, using deep learning to translate pixels into objects, simplifying tasks such as removing backgrounds from images or removing objects. They have a team of over 30 and now they are looking for an expert in mobile and email CRM, to help them go to the next level by accelerating our client's growth worldwide!

Our client is in a financially strong position and offers remote working with a once-a-month or more (fully reimbursed) trip to their office in Paris! 

As CRM and Lifecycle Manager you will be responsible for: 

• Owning cross-channel lifecycle communications (email, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.). 
• You will create detailed CRM experiments that encompass user psychology and usage habits. 
• You will be responsible for gathering user insights, analysing the effectiveness of campaigns and reporting your findings to stakeholders.

It would be great if you have the following skills and experience

• You have incredible communication skills.
• You have an experimental attitude and love to run tests.
• You thrive on data and details.
• You have great knowledge of the technical aspects of mobile CRM, it would be a bonus if you have previous experience using Braze.
• You are comfortable taking the lead. 
• Being fluent in English is a must, as you will be communicating with millions of users from 150+ countries.

Our client is flexible offering remote work from anywhere in Europe but are ideally looking for English speakers as the whole team speak English as the main language. They work on a fully remote basis but do monthly/quarterly meet-ups in Paris, all travel expenses will be paid for, for these meetings.
