Assistant Housing Officer needed in Birmingham paying £9.90 per hr- Reference: 382146

This is a full time role on a temporary basis

• Play a full role in the provision of a multi-disciplined problem-solving service, offering advice and guidance on the full range of Services.
• Assist the public in a polite and helpful manner in accordance with the Employer’s Customer Care Policy, undertaking the full range of Landlord Services duties which may vary according to the size and profile of the area.
• Will assist the Housing Officer to prepare and present reports to internal and external audiences on the performance of the activities under your control and make recommendations on a course of action where appropriate.
• Promote and support channel shift arrangements for tenants to report repairs. Carry out customer satisfaction inspections of completed repairs if required and escalate if necessary.
• Assist the Housing Officer/Local Housing Manager to monitor, progress chase and report upon all relevant services provided by the client or other agencies within his/her area
