We are currently looking to recruit passionate, hardworking and outgoing Teaching Assistants to join our successful supply pool based in Middlesbrough to support local schools this academic year. Ideally, we are seeking Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting across all key stages including EYFs and Year 6 and be able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents.

Classes are of mixed abilities and will include SEN pupils. It would be advantageous that applicants have previously supported pupils with Autism, Challenging Behaviour or any other additional needs on a 1:1 basis or within small groups

The successful Teaching Assistant will have the following;

Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent/ higher
Previously supported pupils aged 3-11 years old
Great communication skills
Be reliable, flexible and resilient
Good knowledge of the National Curriculum
Enhanced DBS on the update service
