Role: Digital Press Operator – Ricoh

Location: Croydon

Salary: £28K-£30K + overtime opportunities

My client are a leading Digital Print company who are looking to expand their team within the Digital Print department. They are looking for an experienced Press Operator who ideally has experience of operating the Ricoh PRO C7110SX PRODUCTION PRINTER (with 5th Colour Station White/ Fluro etc) or similar!

The successful candidate will be hard working, proactive and experienced across all areas of digital print or eager to learn.

The main duties of a Digital Press Operator are:

• To ensure press environment and presses are maintained to expected high level
• To ensure all reprints are recorded, monitored and reported
• To support Digital Press Supervisor in general running and upkeep of digital department
• To work autonomously in the production of the digital applications
• To ensure uptime of presses is kept to highest level possible
• To drive the on-going development of Lean principles throughout the Department
