Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to work for an established business in West Swindon.

You will be working via phone and email on the technical customer service line.

The customers will be ordering parts for machinery, booking engineers or training. You are not expected to be technical yourself but you will be keen to learn and absorb technical information.

Role is full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00, and after 3 month probation you will be able to take up the Hybrid Working model (60% office, 40% WFH option).

The job:
 
  • To provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Promote/sell/secure Spare Parts orders from existing customer base through a relationship-based approach.
  • To prepare and process SAP orders and transactions in an effective, accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide a reassuring technical presence when customers call to place orders for spare parts.
To be able to understand, prioritise and operate in an “urgent nature” operations environment.
