PHP Developer

You will join a global group which develops software products & services, that are designed to help great companies Sell More Online.

For the past 18 years, they have assisted the biggest online brands to the intersection of generating profits and exceeding customer's expectations.

They offer a salary expectation of £60K depending on experience + Remote Working + Career Development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the backend responsibilities of PHP and ensure that activities are completed in alignment with deadlines.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with both Backend and Frontend teams to achieve collective goals.
• Comply with Agile Scrum management, to allow for teams to meet high expectations.
• Identify areas of improvement and build upon best practices.
• Produce well-structured and test-driven code across multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Exceptional knowledge and experience of PHP, Cake, and Symphony specifically.
• Exposure and experience of working directly with AWS/Digital Ocean.
• Confidence to handle tech debt combined with the judgement to know when to refactor.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and emergent priorities in an agile and flexible manner.
• Maintain the initiative to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Passion to write well-structures, idiomatic, tested ode which balances elegance and pragmatism.
• Strong communicator both written and orally.
• Solid foundation in JavaScript/HMTL5/CSS3.

Salary:

They offer an outstanding salary of up to £55-60K Remote Working + Career Development.

Location:

This company is located in Ireland, you are not required to attend the office as this is a remote position.
