Head of Learning (Services to People)

My client is seeking an ambitious individual to lead the design and delivery of learning programmes across three key occupational areas: Health and Social Care, Childcare and Structured Teaching and Learning, with a cohort of circa 800 learners.
Experience of working with employers and learners to develop new curricula and models of delivery is needed, to take advantage of opportunities such as the Apprenticeship Levy, devolution in GM and employer-led standards.
An ability to drive quality across programmes such as Apprenticeships, Study Programmes, Adult Skills and Traineeships is required, along with the ability to develop and implement SARs and QIPs.
The successful candidate will manage a team of circa 45, including Managers and IQA/Team Leaders, maintaining high levels of performance whilst introducing new ways of working.
