Are you a Marketing Graduate looking to work for a company that takes its social and environmental impact seriously?

 

You may have a few years’ marketing experience, or you're looking for a new challenge in a new sector, or you might be a recent graduate looking at taking your first step into the workplace. If so, I may have the ideal opportunity for you.

 

The company is proud to be a market leader in sustainable packaging. From creating completely customised packaging through to branding off the shelf sustainable packaging (cups, bowls, straws and food boxes).  It is now in need of a Marketing Assistant to join the UK team.

 

As the Marketing Executive, you will report into and support the Marketing Manager in executing the company marketing strategy, SEO, public relations and advertising. You will support market research and assess the potential demand for services or goods that the company offers, and then support the creation of marketing campaigns designed to meet that demand.

 

You will liaise with Printer and Designers, monitor competitor activities and source new advertisement opportunities.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drafting marketing materials for the company’s website, mailshots, email signatures, social media and case studies
  • Preparing coherent marketing campaign reports using data analysis tools
  • Increasing brand awareness through various marketing activities
  • Work with sales to identify new opportunities to promote the BioPak brand
  • Assisting in the development of efficient processes to ensure consistency
  • Supporting the creation of video content for the company’s video library
  • Creating and posting blog posts and articles on the company’s website and social media pages
  • Attend events (once a month)

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
  • Basic understanding of SEO practices
  • Ideally a good understanding of video editing software
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
