Property Manager – Duties

• Advertising, arranging viewings for and negotiating offers for residential properties as they become available; including inspecting the property, ensuring up-to-date photos are taken, dressing the property for viewings
• Issuing ASTs and completing the referencing process for prospective tenants
• Ensuring that the tenancies and properties are fully compliant with current legislation; including but not limited to conducting right to rent checks, arranging gas safeties, EICR and EPC reports
• Managing tenancies throughout the term including invoicing and debt collection, serving section 8 or section 21 notices where required
• Receiving complaints/maintenance issues via email/telephone and logging them in Arthur, liaising with tenants and maintenance to arrange timely repairs
• Negotiating contract renewals and managing the end of tenancy process including conducting check-out reports and deposit returns

Property Manager – Experience Needed:

• Previous lettings/ property management or similar experience requires
• Excellent IT knowledge with experience of using Microsoft Office packages
