Job Description:

Admin officer with minute taking skills needed in Bolton £10.57ph ref 0006 BE5A / 1

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

You will have strong administration skills and experience, providing a range of administration activities, you will be an excellent team player who has a strong ability to converse well with both internal and external partners.

You will have strong organisational skills, from organising meetings, taking minutes, organising travel, room bookings, processing payments, invoices.

This role will also require you to be competent with technology systems and software, including Word Processing, Typing, Excel, Powerpoint, and data base experience.

You’ll be self-motivated and innovative whilst also working well within a team.
