Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC Support Manager – MS Partner – Relocate to Cyprus or Work Fully Remote   

Pearson Carter are currently working with a rapidly expanding European Microsoft Partner who are looking for a Support Manager for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV to join their delivery team. They are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong BC/NAV background. Excellent progression and career support are provided. This opportunity can either be fully remote or officed-based in Cyprus (relocation assistance provided!)  

They offer an excellent salary of up to €45, 000 depending on experience + a lucrative bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the Dynamics NAV/D365 support team
• Assisting with Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
• Delivering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line troubleshooting support when required
• Dealing with support tickets across multiple customers when required
• Working with various team members and key stakeholders to enhance project functionality
• Line management of support consultants and developers

Experience:

• Experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central
• Dynamics NAV support across multiple versions and modules
• Understanding of support systems and processes
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills
• Support team management experience within a MS partner setting
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary

Basic salary of up to €45, 000 + health benefits

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has various offices across Europe. They offer 100% remote working or relocation to their office in Cyprus (relocation assistance provided).
