About the Company 

A leading law firm with excellent culture are looking for an HRIS Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and systems experience to join a global team. 

About the Role 

Part of the wider HR team, and working with internal contacts in both the UK and globally, this role has full responsibility for HR systems administration. This includes:  

  • Administering the global HR system and updating employee data 
  • Managing the team inbox and queries 
  • Preparing various reports 
  • Supporting with training and testing 
  • Building strong relationships users in each region 
  • Support with projects 

Job Requirements 

You will be educated to degree level and have previous administrative experience, including exposure to HR systems, and excellent Excel skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems and administration to collaborate with colleagues across the global team. You will be highly organised, technically strong, have a can do attitude and strong attention to detail.
