Asset Manager based in Oxford and the rate is up to £32.04 per hr PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

 This role will involve: 

• Maintain an up to date model of the financial and non-financial performance of the HRA portfolio that can be used to model potential investment and divestment scenarios and develop option appraisals
• Commission a programme of pro-active asset reviews in line with strategic priorities set within the HRA asset management strategy
• Deal effectively with ad hoc requirements of analysis and review of existing assets
• Commission and in some cases conduct options appraisals as part of the asset review process and interpret data from these reviews and articulate this to decision makers by way of written reports with clear and justified recommendations, in liaison with other departments as appropriate
• Liaise with operational managers to identify their asset requirements going forward and ensure that these are considered in the asset review process
• Support the current and future new build programmes, by being the lead conduit for liaison and input on behalf of the property services team
