Business Development Manager – Luxury Packaging

South/Midlands (hybrid)

Up to £40,000 + 25 days holiday per year, pension, commission scheme TBD


A great opportunity for an experienced salesperson from the high-end luxury/branded packaging sector.


This business has everything to offer a passionate salesperson from the luxury packaging sector. With its own in-house manufacturing, finishing facilities and sourcing through to delivery. Starting out specilising in greeting cards the business has evolved over the years to offer POS, gift wrap and luxury packaging. Working with major brands and retailers across the UK, it is proud of the name it has grown for itself.


It is now looking for a new salesperson to join its team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal person will not only have a background in selling high end packaging; it is not looking for a plodder who wants a job but someone a genuine passion and love for luxury packaging sector and wants to develop their career.


As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new clients and profitable revenue streams, whether that be in the cosmetic, health & beauty, drinks, food or even gaming sector to name a few. You will successfully manage your sales pipeline, attend client meetings to sell the businesses full offering and gain a deep understanding of your clients packaging needs. You will be supported internally as well as by the Sales Director.


For your application to be successful, you must:

  • Have a proven track record of selling high end/luxury packaging
  • Have worked with brands and/or high-end retailers

The staff turnover is very low, that’s because the staff are valued and appreciated. As a business it is selective who they take on, they are not known to have a revolving door of staff starting and leaving.
