Job Description:

Every successful business has an administrator who loves to support and mucks in where needed. This role requires that person!

Based in Weybridge, working for a financial company we are looking for someone to join a busy team with a common goal of providing a professional, seamless, service to their clients.

£20-25k PA

What will I be doing?
  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Answering phone calls and rerouting to the appropriate office, as necessary
  • Booking meetings with clients on behalf of Adviser
  • Responsible for the provision of catering facilities in the office
  • Handling petty cash payments
  • Co-ordinate key inventory for the office
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations work in a compliant manner

Skills required:

GCSE/A Level or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years’ experience of office administration or equivalent


Ability to work in a team/team player ·
Strong personal organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and effectively delegate as appropriate ·
Ability to interact and influence effectively through a variety of communications methods ·
