Job Description:

Working in a busy wealth management company we are looking to find an inspirational leader to manage operations across two offices.

2 days Watford, 2 days Weybridge office and 1 day working from home or either office depending on candidate preference.
£35-45k PA
25 days holiday plus discretionary 3 days at xmas and birthday so 29 in total

What will I be doing?

Your purpose is to manage the financial advisor/client relationship so this is a pivotal role to the business.
  • Manage operational team and their workloads across multiple offices
  • Be visible across multiple offices to ensure teams feel valued, listened to, and supported from the management team
  • Team is focused on delivering the best service outcome for the customer
  • Effective work allocation enabling capacity to be identified and productivity maximised
  • Consider the commercial impact of the business when allocating work, reviewing service levels etc
  • In the event work demand exceeds supply support the team on wealth admin
  • Review operations processes, identify and implement process improvements and standardisation
  • Consider commerciality of the business across Operations when prioritising and allocating work as well as when re-designing processes
  • Ensure all the business processes are documented, reviewed regularly and are being adopted across all offices
  Skills and knowledge
  • GCSE/A Level or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing/supervising an administration team in a regulated environment
  • Holds Level 4 Diploma qualification or equivalent preferable
  • Experience of paraplanner role, ability to carry out admin processes
