Remote, Leicester
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
£25,000 - £35,000 DOE (OTE £50k)
 
Are you a personable, bubbly person who prides themselves on building and cementing professional relationships?
 
We are super excited to be working with a global market leader who due to business growth are looking for a confident, bubbly, and outgoing individual to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
 
Working within an innovative software business you will act as the Enterprise Account Manager for exciting high-profile accounts, being their point of contact and the face of the company.

The Role:
  • Build, cement and retain long term relationships with high value clients
  • Be able to communicate across all levels in a professional and eloquent way
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention is at the forefront of every conversation
  • Have business conversations with ease, upselling and uncovering opportunities for revenue at every chance
  • Possess a good level of empathy in order to build a strong rapport
  • Communicate in a professional and clear manner, to best service clients and keep clients regularly updated with projects
Skills Required:
  • Experience of Account Management (1 year minimum)
