Repairs and maintenance support officer needed in leatherhead £15.69ph ref 0006 D173 / 1

Supports the delivery of high quality responsive repairs, voids works and cyclical repairs services within the relevant area of operation. Supports the effective monitoring and managing of the performance and on site progress of Contractors to ensure works are delivered to the required quality standard, on time and to budget. Provides reports on performance, analysis of activity and expenditure.

Full time hours on a temporary basis.
