We are looking for two permanent customer service representatives to join a busy team in Swindon.

Hours – 7.5 plus 1 hour for lunch /day between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday. Sat/Sun 9-5 with 30 mins for lunch and a day off in lieu.

£21,100/pa plus 5% bonus based on personal and company bonus

What will I be doing?

• Handling customer telephone enquiries
• Handling customer email enquiries
• Following standard daily customer service procedures
• Recording all customer queries
• Utilising various in-house customer service applications
• Problem solving any issues that may arise

What the role requires:

• Proven record of delivering high quality customer service in any environment
• A clear, professional phone manner
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
• Self-motivator – happy to work in a fast paced environment
• Sound working knowledge of MS Office
