This fast-moving global Fintech now seeks a data driven, energetic problem solver, who can pin down business problems and work closely with Sales Engineers to provide innovative customer-centric solutions. Key to this role will be an understanding of banking services and the following:

This fast-moving global Fintech now seeks a data driven, energetic problem solver, who can pin down business problems and work closely with Sales Engineers to provide innovative customer-centric solutions. Key to this role will be an understanding of banking services and the following:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present solutions in English or German
- A working knowledge of AI or Machine Learning or Predictive Analytics to improve business operations
- The ability to engage with Head of Marketing or Business Operations
- Degree (STEM subject, or MBA with IT)
Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a business relationship to customers and partners during the presales process by identifying the customers business problems and advising how this AI platform can provide a business solution
- Develop proof of concepts based on customer requirements to accelerate digital transformation, generating new use cases and co-creating beyond off-the-shelf solutions
- Demonstrate and communicate Product capabilities and industry best practices
- Champion innovative, customer centric solutions
- Effectively influence stakeholders across the organisation
- Respond to RFPs and RFIs
- Contribute thought leadership and work closely with product owners to feedback recommendations
