Functional Safety Manager – Automotive

My client has been a direct supplier to some of the biggest names in the automotive industry for over two decades. Their expertise has been firmly embedded in the area of smart vehicles and autonomous driving, with their products being implemented in multiple millions of vehicles worldwide.

They are looking for an experienced functional safety engineer/manager to assist end customers in defining quality requirements and assist them in all details from conception to acceptance.

The key requirements are:

· University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, and mechanics

· Hand-on experience as a functional safety engineer within the automotive industry

· Experience with automotive processes such as ASPICE, ISO26262, or IEC61508 is essential.

· Experience in project and quality management
