James Adams is currently recruiting for a Data Engineer, this position is a hybrid role in the location of Milton Keynes with one day in the office, potentially once a fortnight and is perm, Working with a global energy provider.

Elements for this position:

A good experience using SQL writing scripts.

As well as using SQL and element of using SSIS, SSRS.

You must be able to use range of methods to manipulate data and automate processes.

It is essential of adhering to coding standards.

You will participate operational targets and monitoring.

You will produce financial accounts reporting reports to Ofgem and government.

Key skills required

• Strong knowledge of using Power BI.
• An understanding of Azure DevOps.
• Essential guide to regulatory reporting.
• Ideally a candidate with source control tools, such as Git/ Agile.
• SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS are key.
