D365 BC Support Consultant – MS Partner – UK BASED– up to £50K

Pearson Carter are currently working with a fast-growing Microsoft Partner in the Midlands, UK, who work closely with charitable organisations and public sector clients. They are looking for a Business Central Support Consultant to grow their team as they have recently undertaken several new and exciting Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £50K depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central Support.
• Delivering 1st to 3rd line support to key clients.
• Requirement and documentation gathering, as well as testing and user training.
• Troubleshooting and debugging.
• Dealing with support tickets across multiple customers.

Experience:

• Experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
• Support experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC.
• 1st to 3rd line Dynamics NAV/BC support across multiple versions.
• Excellent Consultancy experience within the Dynamics channel.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

Basic salary of up to £50K depending on experience.

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has got an office in Staffordshire, the Midlands, UK. The role is hybrid: 3 days working from the Midlands office and 2 days working from home
