Complaints Officer needed in Northampton £12.03 ph PAYE - Reference: RQ751448

This role will involve:

  • The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for coordinating and resolving all complaints received in the Asset Management department. This will ensure a uniform and consistent approach to all customer complaints across the department including those received via partnership contractor Equans. It will also ensure customers receive a response in a timely manner, within the SLA timeframes. This approach will align with the repairs and maintenance and housing teams who have a designated staff who manage complaints.
  • The Customer Service Officer will be able to lead on all communications to tenants regarding this process and ensure a consistent approach.
  • This role is integral to improving customer satisfaction and customer experience as a main point of contact for complaints, enquiries, and Asset Management correspondence.

 

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
