Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for Employability Tutors to deliver sector-based learning to job seekers to support the development of their skills/personal growth and to enhance their future career prospects.

You will be responsible for delivering sector specific courses to learners of all abilities, you will have previous experience delivering both Level 1 & Level 2 qualifications across one or more sectors; Business Admin, Care, Hospitality, Retail, Customer Services, Facilities, Warehousing, Construction, Lean Manufacturing, Health & Safety in the Construction Environment, CSCS and SIA card and you will be passionate about enabling learners to grow through inspirational teaching and learning.

You will be skilled in developing your own resources and lesson plans, adapted across all learning styles, and ensuring differentiation at all times. You will have a teaching qualification; PGCE, PGDE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, PTLLS etc. and you will ideally hold an assessor’s qualification; A1, D32, D33, TAQA Etc.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete a DBS criminal records check if successful.
