Driver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for the Eastleigh branch.

We are looking for the right person to take over a hot desk so you will be looking after clients and candidates that have been dealing with Driver Hire Southampton for many years…

If you haven’t got experience in the Transport & Logistics sector or recruitment that is not a problem as we will be giving full training to the successful applicant. All we ask is you have the drive to be successful and be reliable with some sales experience.

• The Role
• Development of existing and prospect clients.
• Ability to identify, win, grow and retain business.
• Organising and attending new and service visits to clients.
• Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to both your temps and clients alike
• Remaining compliant and uphold the high standards of the company at all times.
• Recruiting drivers for your clients
• Be part of an out of hours call rota

This is a Monday to Friday role

Office times are 08:30 – 18:00
