Asset & Wealth Management Consulting, Change & Transformation - Manager grade

London or Edinburgh, Hybrid working, Salary £70,000 - £90,000 + Profit Share / Bonus

A leading global consultancy to the Asset Management and Insurance industries, partner to 100% of the top 20 global Insurance and Asset Management firms, is seeking Managers to enhance its Asset & Wealth Management team, which comprises Digital/Technology, Investment, Operations, ESG, Pensions and Retail Investments

Role:

  • Managing highly successful client engagements and supporting project design through to delivery
  • Developing strategies and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes on budget
  • Delivering strategies by bringing together diverse stakeholders to work effectively in partnership
  • Analysing the client current state, developing proposals, and assisting and implementing recommendations or solutions to ensure the best use of clients' resources
  • Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress of project and expected outcomes to ensure client efficiency
  • Reviewing current processes, analysing client organisational reports and other documentation, researching new methods and procedures and flagging deviations from standard procedures

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years within Asset and/or Wealth Management sector, with consulting experience
  • Experience of delivering significant change projects covering such things as Target Operating Models, business processes and/or IT solutions within areas such as: Distribution, Regulatory compliance/risk, ESG, Investment Operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent team work skills with a focus on team achievement, not just individual goals
