About the job:

Our Engineering & Manufacturing Division is on a rapid growth path and requires two new Recruitment Resourcers to support existing and new business accounts. You will be:

• Taking detailed job specifications from your client or the sales team.
• Resourcing and qualification of candidates that match your client’s criteria for the role.
• Management of both clients’ and candidates’ expectations.
• Arrangement of interviews.
• Job offer management.
• Expanding Orion's reach within the business to ensure all available business opportunities are maximised.
• Attendance of regular on-site client meetings.
• Sales lead generation.
