Senior Development Control Support Officer needed in Atherstone £15.59 per hr ref 5221879

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

 This role will involve: 

  • To manage and support Planning systems and processes, including numerous types of applications, appeals, enforcement and other processes and procedures for the Development Control Service. To assist in the formulation of associated practices and maintenance of procedure notes.
  • To manage local land charges including the register and completion of local land searches on behalf of Development Control and Forward Planning and land registry searches and related recharges. To formulate associated practices and maintain procedure notes.
  • To achieve a consistent level of performance in support functions and to act as the service lead on the preparation and supply of performance information to meet corporate targets, National Indicators, and the requirements of Audit, including agreeing quarterly Local Land Charges figures
  • Checking fees are correct, and in line with relevant fee legislation, taking payments, maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and providing such information for audit purposes.

 

 

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
