Pearson Carter are looking for Azure Cloud Architects to join a growing MS Gold Partner who have recently won various high security contracts.

You will foster cultural change for "cloud first" adoption, develop cloud architectures and processes, and contribute to implementing the cloud strategy for this MS Gold Partner who are worth over £9 million.

Responsibilities:

• Help lead on the design and implementation of best-in-breed cloud services for our customers in line with the adoption of DevOps principles and practices.
• Establish best practices for designing and implementing cloud solutions across our customers.
• Offer guidance in cloud strategy in line with industry best practices and adopt Cloud-First principles in line with the Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Manual and Technology Code of Practice.
• Monitor new Cloud Services, features/functionality and assess their implications to improve services continuously.

Experience:

• Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Have demonstrable hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies as a Cloud Architect.
• Have or can demonstrate working towards relevant certifications as a Cloud Architect.
• Have excellent knowledge of cloud computing deployment models and current cloud computing trends for deploying Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Have a best practice approach to designing Cloud Architectures in line with the UK Government's Technology Code of Practice.

Salary

Up to £110,000 per annum

Location

Corsham 3 days per week
