Junior Sous Chef required for this independent 1 Rosette Hotel located in close to Wilmslow, Cheshire. As Jnuor Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and the management team to ensure the Restaurant is at the highest of standards - currently at 1 Rosette but always looking to improve. A Junior Sous Chef required to work in this excellent independent Country Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality local ingredients. As Junior Sous you will be working with a very talented and experienced Head Chef and to deputise and help cover in his absence, you will work in various sections of the kitchen, producing food of the highest standard using various cooking styles and techniques. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurant’s success.
Experience within a Rosette establishments is preferred but a background of fresh food is a must. Strong Senior Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs be considered for this role.
