Sales Coordinator
Hybrid (1 WFO per month)
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
£24 - £25k
Are you an energetic, engaging person who is a great communicator? Working within an innovative software business you will act as the main point of contact for customers as soon as a sale has been agreed. Working in a team of 4 – you would be responsible for 30-40 projects at any given time.
As soon the sale is finalised the client would come across to you to complete the onboarding. Your role would be to look after them until their setup is complete – where you’d then liaise with support and pass them across for them to complete their company journey.

Responsibilities:
- Data entry formation
- Creating system templates for auditing purposes
- Verifying software against customer requirements
- Managing customer queries/technical requests
- Training customers on use of the system
- Handover with Account Management team, as well as the Support team
- Completing the onboarding process to a high standard with all customers
- Liaising with other departments to ensure Customer Success
- Maintaining information regarding all Customers to the highest standard on the bespoke CRM system
- Meet performance KPI’s
Candidate Specification:
- Tech savvy with an understanding of software as a minimum
- Strong communication skills
- Engaging personality with the ability to explain technical things using non-technical language
- Adaptability to different personalities
- Empathy and understanding with patience
- Excellent telephone manner with exceptional Customer Service
- Strong sense of organisation
- Service enhancing delivey skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to prioritise workload and wear multiple hats – octopus mentality!!
