Business Application Support Analyst – London Based 

Pearson Carter are currently working with an expanding marketing company who are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Support Analyst. This role is to assist the team in providing end user support and monitoring the system’s applications. The Support Analyst role is office-based in the clients London headquarter office.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end user support and monitor the Business Central application system.
• Responding to queries, resolving, and escalating issues.
• Delivering 1st line troubleshooting support when required.
• Liaise with contractors and external vendors to resolve issues with retail sites.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve Key Performance Indicators.

Experience:

• At least 6 months experience with Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central.
• Understanding of support systems and processes
• Experience in carrying out an admin role in a similar environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary

Basic salary of up to £40K

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central client has a main office based in London. The role is 5 days a week working from the London office.
