Job Description:

Service desk analyst needed in Watford £15.15ph ref 5222001

Provide a professional technical service through face to face, telephone, ticket based and or email communication to staff and partner organisations.

Work to investigate and resolve incidents and underlying technical problems using technical and customer care skills in accordance with agreed service levels.

Experience of Active Directory.

Experience of maintaining Office 365 environment.

 Full time hours on a temporary basis.
