Senior Lettings Negotiator - Oxford - £30k package

My client is a leading independent Lettings agent who have been established in the area for many years.  A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment, great commission package and on-going career progression.  Due to increased business within their Lettings department they are now looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 12 months experience and local area knowledge.

Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:

• Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
• Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
• Booking and attending viewings
• Carrying out regular Landlord updates
• Negotiating offers
• Processing applications
• Dealing with customer enquiries

Key Skills required:

• Lettings experience required
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Results driven
• Team player
• Full, clean driving licence and car
• Excellent communication skills
• Natural sales ability
• Self-motivated and organised
• Desire to succeed
