My client is a global e-commerce business who has gone through phenomenal growth since opening their UK offices 5 years ago.
Due to rapid expansion, they are looking to add an experienced Customer Experience Manager to their growing team.

The Role:
- Consistently review the strategy for Customer experience
- Create and maintain a strong feedback process with the Customer and Team alike
- Use analytics and data to assess patterns and trends within Customer Service
- Identify how practices could be developed to encourage the best Customer Experience possible
- Be an influencer, within different teams and the customer journey
- Liaise with all teams and ensure communication is maintained to encourage best practice
- Be comfortable with analysing data and reviewing large and small scale data sets
- Build and develop dashboards to generate insight reports linking data to generalise the customer journey
- End to end process mapping
- Be responsible for representing the business to the highest standard, and encouraging all teams to do so
The Candidate:
- Proven experience of using Analytics and/or Data Analysis
- Experience in a similar role / driving change
- Ability to take action, hit the ground running and make positive changes
- Good business acumen
- Passion to make a difference to Customers
- Tech – savvy, with a love for all things digital
