Job Title: Apprenticeship Team Leader

Location: East Midlands - Home/Field based

Salary: up to £40,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Type: Full Time, Permanent
 
The Role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Assessor's, to achieve sustained high performance, quality of delivery and compliance in line with our client's standards.
• Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets / KPI’s, and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
• Work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to oversee agreed business plans and priorities; as well as implementation of support/improvement plans in line with HR policies to enable success within the delivery team.
• Work closely with the quality and operational support team to ensure curriculum is delivered to the highest standard.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for a small caseload of learners, to ensure they are progressing and achieving within a timely manner.

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Ideally hold own IQA award.
• Experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessors within the work-based learning sector.
• Possess strong performance management and motivational skills.
• Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
• Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle
• Must be flexible with travel.
